The instrument is designed to monitor and control the temperature within the indoor or outdoor Server Racks. The Cards are microcontroller based and offer intelligent power-saving, effective noise reduction and fan life-enhancing features. They are also effective safety devices that protect the expensive hardware and software in the rack from possible damage due to temperature over-shoots or power related failures. Besides, they also monitor essential parameters like Fan Rotor Block, Temperature overshoot, Smoke Detection and unauthorized Door access.

The Temperature Monitored Fan Controllers offer standard or customized logic for fan speed and also provide controlled switching of the Fans depending on temperature, differential temperature, humidity or speed. The Cards are offered with single or multiple temperature Sensors and can control between one and eight DC or AC Fans, either independently or synchronously. The Cards regulate the temperature inside the panel and provide relay control outputs with LED alarm indication for the various parameters monitored. All monitored data is transmitted on RS485 Modbus RTU communication protocol and the Cards can be offered with AC or DC power supply options.
